Jim is a career sales professional with over 35 years of experience in sales leadership, direct sales, account management, and business development across many industries. A four-time SaaS startup veteran, he has deep expertise in building, motivating and leading highly effective strategic sales and account teams. 

His specialties include: sales leadership, direct sales, coaching, SaaS, digital experience analytics, omni channel voice of customer program development, non-profit board leadership and fund raising, customer and employee engagement experience, building client trust, sales team development and retention, sales trend reversals, transitioning from product to solution sales, strategic account penetration and development, developing markets for nascent technologies and unestablished brands.

In his spare time, Jim enjoys singing, playing golf and as well preparing cocktails and gourmet meals with his family and friends. A graduate of George Washington University with a Bachelor of Business Administration, Jim is a Baritone, Board Member and Vice President of Technology with the New Jersey Choral Society. He is the proud father of his sons Jonathan and Grayson and resides in Franklin Lakes with the love of his life, Carolyn, and miniature dapple dachshund Lil' Miss Tipsy.
